Bigger, fluffier crusts. Airy bubbles. Beautiful leoparding. Our brand-new pizza dough has arrived - and it’s full of personality.

Every pizza is hand-stretched and baked at 350°C, allowing the dough to puff up in the oven and create a light, chewy crust with those distinctive spots of char known as leoparding.

Wonky around the edges? Covered in airy bubbles? A little different every time?

What is leoparding?

Those dark, delicious spots scattered across the crust are called leoparding.

They appear as the dough hits the heat of the oven, creating the beautifully charred finish you’ll find on proper Italian pizza. They bring extra flavour, extra texture and a lot more personality to every slice.

So, if your pizza arrives with a perfectly imperfect crust covered in leoparding, that’s not a mistake.

That’s exactly what we were hoping for.

Wonky bits. Airy bubbles. Beautiful leoparding.

Our new dough has everything a proper pizza crust needs:

Bigger, fluffier crusts

Light, airy and deliciously chewy - the kind of crust you’ll want to eat right first.

Big baking bubbles

Watch the dough puff up in the oven, creating airy pockets and giving every pizza its own handcrafted shape.

Hand-stretched personality

Every pizza is stretched by hand, so no two will ever look exactly the same. It’s pizza with personality.
