1. Who we are
1.1 The promoter is Prezzo Trading Limited, whose registered office is at Oneder, 5 Cranwood St, London, EC1V 9GR (“Prezzo”).
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is Prezzo Spa Experience Prize Draw with Buyagift.
2.2 Sign up by filling out an entry form or enter online by signing up to our newsletter to be in the running to win:
- A Spa Experience for two people with Buyagift, worth up to £250.
- The experience will be booked via Buyagift and will be subject to their terms and conditions.
- The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional treatments, which must be purchased separately.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) Employees of Prezzo (or any of its group companies).
(b) Anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition.
(c) Any close relatives of anyone falling within categories 3.1(a) or 3.1(b).
3.2 By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Prezzo may require you to provide proof of eligibility.
3.3 Prezzo will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) Automatically generated by computer.
(b) Completed by third parties or in bulk.
(c) Incomplete.
4. How to enter
4.1 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
4.2 The competition will run from Monday, 3rd March 2025 to Wednesday, 2nd April 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
4.3 All entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time will be disqualified. Prezzo accepts no responsibility for late or lost entries due to technical issues.
4.4 To enter, participants must:
(i) Provide their name and email address in the entry form.
(ii) Tick the boxes confirming that:
(A) They wish to enter the competition.
(B) They consent to their details being shared with Prezzo.
(C) They have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
4.5 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.6 By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
5. The prize
5.1 The prize consists of one Spa Experience for two people with Buyagift, worth up to £250.
5.2 The prize will be issued as a Buyagift voucher. The winner is responsible for booking their Spa Experience via Buyagift, and all bookings are subject to Buyagift’s terms and conditions.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 Prezzo reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
5.5 Prezzo is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party.
6. Winner selection
6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 The winner will be drawn within 7 days of the Closing Date (the “Selection Date”).
6.3 The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the Selection Date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Prezzo reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible entries.
6.4 Prezzo’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1 The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If they fail to do so, another winner will be selected.
7.2 The prize will be sent to the winner within 28 days of notification.
7.3 The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
7.4 Prezzo does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to use the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Prezzo, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from taking up the prize, except where caused by Prezzo’s negligence. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Data protection and publicity
9.1 Personal information will be processed in accordance with Prezzo’s Privacy Policy, available at: .
10. General
10.1 If Prezzo has reason to believe an entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, they may be disqualified.
10.2 Prezzo reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary. Any changes will be communicated as soon as practicable.
10.3 The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
