- Gifting experiences eGift Cards purchased before 31st December 2025, can only be redeemed from January 1st 2026.
- A gifting experiences eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A gifting experiences eGift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
- Gifting experiences eGift Cards can be used at any Prezzo Italian restaurant for dining and gifting experiences.
- No cash change will be given, but any remaining balance on the gifting experiences eGift Card will be retained for future purchases. A new gifting experiences eGift Card code with the updated balance will be emailed to you.
- A gifting experiences eGift Card may be used as part payment for food or drink of a higher value than the stored balance. Any remaining amount must be paid by credit/debit card.
- You can check your gifting experiences eGift Card balance at prezzoegifts.co.uk.
- Prezzo Italian reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel a gifting experiences eGift Card if required.
- A gifting experiences eGift Card can be used in conjunction with any Prezzo Italian offer.
- Gifting experiences eGift Cards are valid for 18 months from 1st January 2026. After expiry, any remaining balance will be cancelled and cannot be recredited.
- English law applies to the purchase and use of gifting experiences eGift Cards.
- Prezzo Italian Trading Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gifting experiences eGift Cards, and they cannot be replaced.
- If you are a UK consumer purchasing a gifting experiences eGift Card valued at more than £42 online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided no balance has been used. Refunds may take up to 14 days and will be issued to the purchaser
