1. Introduction
1.1 Prezzo Italian Pizza Parties cost £14.95 per child per party for a minimum of 8 guests. This includes party invitations, a pizza instructor, ingredients, all-you-can-drink Apple & Blackcurrant or Orange squash, a starter and dessert for each child. Menu items, activities and inclusions are subject to availability and may vary by restaurant.
1.2 There is a minimum age of 4 years and maximum 12 years for party guests.
2. Payment terms and credit card guarantee:
2.1 There is a £5 per child credit card guarantee required for bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until your £5 per head credit card guarantee is secured.
2.2 A credit card guarantee will be taken online via a link that will be emailed to you. Payments are by credit card only, excluding American Express and bookings cannot be confirmed until credit card guarantee is made.
2.3 By providing your details for the credit card guarantee you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to decline any party booking request. Your party balance must be settled in full on the day of the party.
2.4 Prices are correct at the time of booking. Prezzo Italian reserve the right to amend prices prior to confirmation of a booking.
3. Minimum number policy:
3.1 There is a minimum requirement of 8 children per booking. You may bring less than 8 children, but you will be charged for 8.
4. Cancellations Policy:
4.1 Prezzo Italian Pizza Party cancellations policy a) Confirmation of exact attendee numbers must be provided at least 48 hours before the party, and this number is the number of guests that you will be charged for on the day, even if fewer guests turn up. b) You will receive your £5 per person credit card guarantee back in full for any guests confirmed 48 hours prior to those who are not present on the day. c) If you cancel less than 48hrs before, or fail to turn up, you will lose your entire credit card guarantee.
4.2 Confirmation of party numbers or cancellation of the party must be done by emailing the restaurant manager on the same address from which you received your booking confirmation email.
5. Parental Supervision:
5.1 An appropriate level of adult supervision must be present at all pizza making parties. This supervision is as follows: Ages 4–5 – 1 responsible adult for every 4 children Ages 6–7 – 1 responsible adult for every 6 children Ages 8–11 – 1 responsible adult for every 10 children
5.2 Responsible adults must be present at all times and help any children go to the toilet or wash their hands.
6. General terms and conditions:
6.1 Special dietary requirements and any other pertinent information should be discussed with us at the time of booking or payment of your balance. We will endeavour to accommodate any special requirements which have been discussed with us, but there may be an additional charge. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform us of any allergies or intolerances prior to the party.
6.2 Personal possessions left in the party room (unattended during the event) are left at your own risk. We will not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to any personal possessions on our premises, or for any personal injury arising other than through our negligence or that of our staff. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
6.3 Pizza making parties are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse or end a party if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive to staff, guests, or other customers. No refunds will be given in such circumstances.
6.5 We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of a party booking where such failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, power failure, severe weather, government restrictions, or staff illness
