1. Who we are

2. The Competition
The title of the competition is: Win 3 nights’ accommodation in The Forest of Dean with activities (the “Competition”).
The Prize:
One winner will receive a prize package entitling them to 3 nights’ accommodation in The Forest of Dean, for 2 adults and 2 kids; Tickets to a Magical Ancient Forest; up to 2 hours at High Ropes Adventure; Picnic Hamper; Food & Drink Bundle delivered to accommodation and Travel allowance provided to the total value of £300.
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
The following are not eligible to enter:
a. Employees of Prezzo Italian or any of its group companies,
b. Anyone professionally connected with the Competition, and
c. Close relatives of the above.
By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and can claim the Prize if selected.
Prezzo Italian reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, forged, or otherwise tampered with.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
The Competition opens 16th March and closes at 23:59 on 19th April (the “Closing Date”).

5. The Prize
One winner will receive a prize package entitling them to 3 nights’ accommodation in The Forest of Dean, for 2 adults and 2 kids; Tickets to a Magical Ancient Forest; up to 2 hours at High Ropes Adventure; Picnic Hamper; Food & Drink Bundle delivered to accommodation and Travel allowance provided to the total value of £300.
Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
Travel allowance provided to the value of £300.
Accommodations based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing 1x quadruple occupancy cabin in Gloucestershire.
Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients.
A debit or credit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid debit or credit card; Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion.
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time.
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted.
The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday. The Prize may be subject to other blackout dates or restrictions, which will be outlined in the terms.
Any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests.
The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.
The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be used by the named winner only.
For the High Ropes Adventure, the maximum weight to participate is 20.5 stone; age restrictions will vary depending on course and will be advised upon booking; the experience is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have neck, back or heart conditions; all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Where food is included, it is the winner’s responsibility to disclose any dietary requirements or allergies.
The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value.
If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities then no alternatives will be provided.
The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at:
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be contacted by 23rd April 2026 via the contact details provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days, Prezzo Italian reserves the right to select another winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must accept the Prize within 3 business days of being contacted.
Prize will be issued digitally or via post.
The Prize cannot be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
8. Publicity
Prezzo Italian may publish the surname and county of the winner for one month following the winner announcement.

Prezzo Italian is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the Prize except where caused by negligence.

Prezzo Italian reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms where necessary.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
